Job Description
PRN Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine professional to perform procedures and maintain records in compliance with State and Federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, follow established policies and procedures, and provide excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Nuclear Medicine procedures for patients of all ages, utilizing equipment and modalities as necessary for diagnosis and treatment.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain policy and procedure manuals under the direction of the Director of Radiology.
- Work collaboratively with the radiology team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient care.
Requirements
- Prior completion of an AMA-approved program in Radiology or Nuclear Medicine, with a degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Nuclear Medicine equipment and procedures.
- Valid BLS certification.
Working Conditions
This is a part-time position, working one shift per week, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Subject to overtime and call back as required by the hospital/department.
