Duties

- Establish performance metrics and evaluate the success of various initiatives.
- Lead recruitment, training, and development efforts to build a high-performing team.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet organizational goals.
- Represent the organization at events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

- Proven leadership experience in a similar role or industry such as an educator or previous AmeriCorps experience.
