Job Summary
The Workforce Development Specialist will play a crucial role in matching qualified job seekers with available positions, as well as developing and implementing programs to improve job training and placement services. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective job training programs to meet the needs of local employers and job seekers
- Collaborate with WIN Job Centers and other stakeholders to provide comprehensive workforce development services
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in job placement and training services
- Communicate effectively with job seekers, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in workforce development or a related field. You should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
