ust have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study. At least three years experience in a supervisory capacity, with some experience in housing management, administration and/or social services; basic computer skills; must be able to communicate effectively, both written and orally, with all levels of the organization; experience with budget preparation , strategic planning and personal management preferred; experience in accepted accounting practices beneficial.
