Role Description
These are full-time, part-time and PRN on-site roles for Staff RNs and LPNs at Methodist Senior Services' campuses statewide. The Staff RNs and LPNs will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, collaborating with the healthcare team, documenting patient information, and ensuring the well-being of residents (Elders).
Qualifications
- Patient Care, Medication Administration, and Documentation skills
- Collaboration and Communication skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to elder care
- Current RN & LPN license in Mississippi
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in geriatric care is a plus
