Countryside Tank builds, refurbishes, fixes, and customizes Hazmat certified tanks and trailers for safe transport of liquefied natural gasses, including butane, anhydrous ammonia (NH3) and propane (LP). We make the best MC-331 transport trailers and bobtails in the USA
* 2 years previous experience painting in an industrial setting * Prepare metal for painting and apply paint to completed production jobs and sub-assemblies * Prepare metal for painting, which includes sanding spatter and rust, wiping down steel to remove oil and cutting fluids, and verifying removal of spatter and slag * Mix paint properly according to data sheets * Use correct paint equipment settings and adjustments * Perform daily maintenance routines on paint equipment * Identify and mask areas that are not to be painted * Use proper paint application procedures * Inspect paint job in progress for quality problems, such as runs and missed areas * Clean paint booth and lights and change filters * Organize and maintain paint area * Coordinate flow of and complete necessary paperwork * Perform quality checks including visual and electronic mill testing * Assist in keeping all paint areas clean and organized * Other duties as assigned

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
