What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ambassador for Nancy Yates Fellowships position at Mississippi University for Women?
Essential Duties
Duties:
- advise the Program Director on types and content of publicity
- distribute publicity across campus and via social media
- set up and be present at info tables in the cafeteria lobby and elsewhere across campus
- share information and meet with student leaders and organizations
- advise students who have questions about the Program and how to apply
- advise the Program Director(s) on Program planning
- assist with Program logistics
- assist with reaffirming/developing Community Partnerships
Must have been a 2022, 2023, or 2024 Fellow in the Nancy Yates Community Engagement Program.
Job Description Summary
The student will act as ambassador across campus to generate student interest in applying for the Nancy Yates Community Engagement Program.
Hours of Availability
flexible in coordination with the Program Director
