The Retail Operations & Performance Manager will serve as the operational bridge between Missoni HQ and the local market, ensuring the effective implementation of strategic directives and optimizing day-to-day operations for franchising, retail stores, and stock management. This role is critical in driving performance, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring brand consistency across all retail touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Supervision of Retail Stores
- Team Management: Coordinate and motivate sales staff, ensuring they are trained on products, sales techniques, and brand values.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze KPIs such as sales, conversion rates, average ticket size, and inventory turnover to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stock Management: Ensure optimal inventory levels, addressing out-of-stock situations and minimizing surplus stock.
2. Execution of HQ Strategies
- Implementation of Guidelines: Ensure compliance with directives related to visual merchandising, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Market Adaptation: Provide feedback to HQ to tailor strategies to local market needs while maintaining brand integrity.
3. Client Development and Brand Awareness
- Customer Experience: Guarantee an exceptional shopping experience aligned with brand standards.
- Customer Data Collection and Analysis: Monitor and enhance customer loyalty through CRM programs and targeted initiatives.
