Missoula Bone & Joint Surgery Center is an Outpatient Facility that performs Orthopedic Outpatient and 23 Hour Stay Surgeries. Our practice goals are to provide medical care of unsurpassed quality, develop a reputation among our patients and the community for prompt, convenient and courteous service and to be the Orthopedic Specialist of Choice.
This position will fill the needs in our Extended Recovery Unit working 24 hours per week with a variable schedule. You will work alongside a great team of Registered Nurses, Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeons, Physician Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants. The Certified Nursing Assistant will assist the RN staff to maintain good patient care of patients that have undergone a total joint or spinal procedure working towards getting them discharged in a safe manner. A Montana CNA license and BLS are required.
Additionally, possessing a high degree of empathy and compassion will enhance your interactions with patients during vulnerable moments. Time management skills are also crucial, allowing you to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout your varying shifts.
Lastly, adaptability and flexibility will be vital as you navigate diverse patient needs and shifting priorities, ensuring you provide the highest level of care in a supportive, professional environment.
