Executive Director for Missoula Manor Homes
This position is for an on-site manager who is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a 126-unit Independent Living facility located in Missoula Montana.
The duties required include but are not limited to the following:
· Follow all Landlord-Tenant laws and being familiar with all rules and regulation established by HUD and the State of Montana.
· Responsible for the leasing and occupancy of HUD Section 8 and 236 rents in compliance with HUD and the State of Montana leasing laws.
· Must become an EIV CAAF and be responsible for running all necessary reports and reviews required by HUD and its different programs in the required time frames outlined.
· Help maintain the waiting list for potential new tenants as required by HUD and keep all tenant files up to date.
· Must be knowledgeable of personnel management principles and basic employment laws.
· Must have the ability to hire, train, evaluate and work with all the staff of Missoula Manor Homes. Work on periodic reviews or issues with staff and management with the Personnel Committee of the Board of Directors.
· Conduct all unit inspections with maintenance personnel to ensure that tenants and staff are maintaining the units and following all health and safety rules.
· Handle all tenant relations including breach of contract issues as well as evictions.
· Negotiate any contracts for services whether it be routine or Board approved for major improvements or repairs.
· Work closely with all other managers to identify any concerns, needs or wants that should be addressed or taken to the Board of Directors for consideration.
· Attend all monthly Board of Director meetings with an agenda to address any key issues involving Missoula Manor Homes or its tenants. Annually give a revised suggested budget for comment and approval.
· Work with the Resident Council to help answer any questions or address any issues they may have. If invited, attend their meetings.
· Submit all bank and investment account statements to the Finance Committee on a regular basis for review and attend Finance Committee meetings if asked.
· Representing Missoula Manor Homes with your professionalism and maintaining high personal integrity at all times is required.
· Any other duties that are not listed above or are requested by the President of the Board.
Job Requirements:
· Business Administration degree or other degree or equivalent in work experience
· Good computer skills

Salary 70K-90K Depending on experience
