What you will do:
- The primary function of this role is to continue supporting the collaborative efforts and successful growth of the MACF Foster Care Case Management owner agencies, Cornerstones of Care, Every Child’s Hope, KVC, Missouri Baptist Children’s Home and Presbyterian Homes and Services. The Associate Director aids the statewide FCCM Director through administration/coordination and leadership of supervisory level partners through technical assistance and clinical consultation to agency directors, supervisors, and staff. The Associate Director serves as a supportive role and assists with collaborative efforts across designated partner agencies, departments, and Children’s Division (CD), to enhance service delivery and successful outcomes for children and families.
- You must enjoy a strength-based communication style and use a trauma informed lens in your communications.
- You enjoy working with a team to reach shared goals while also being able to work autonomously.
Who you are:
- You have at least a Master's degree in a human behavioral science such as Social Work, Psychology, Guidance Counseling, Drug and Alcohol Counseling, or Child Development and 3 years of experience with child welfare work.
- You have a valid driver's license, a good driving record that would allow for you to be approved to drive a company vehicle, vehicle insurance and adequate transportation (in the event a company vehicle is not available).
- You are able to pass background checks.
