Position Overview:
This position is a 32 hour Tuesday-Friday position. You will be a vital part of a collaborative team that supports secondary school principals throughout the State of Missouri.
This position is responsible for managing key financial and administrative tasks, including working with QuickBooks, handling bill payments, processing invoices, and making bank deposits, while contributing to a pleasant, friendly, and family-oriented work environment. . This role also involves supporting tenant relations, answering phones as a second-tier responder, greeting guests, and assisting with MoASSP events. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will take minutes at board meetings and support the planning and execution of both the Fall and Spring Conferences, alongside routine administrative duties.
You’ll work with professional colleagues in a people-oriented atmosphere, all while providing critical support for MoASSP events and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- QuickBooks Management: Process invoices, manage bill payments, and make bank deposits.
- Financial Support: Ensure timely and accurate financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Tenant Relations: Serve as the point of contact for tenants, taking inquiries and concerns.
- Phone & Guest Reception: Act as the second-tier responder for phone calls and greet visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Event Assistance: Provide support for planning and executing MoASSP events, including the Fall and Spring Conferences.
- Board Meeting Support: Take minutes during board meetings and provide general administrative support.
- Routine Administrative Duties: Manage office tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
