Responsibilities
- Use Excel to create spreadsheets, manage databases, and perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize Excel to dissect and interpret data, providing reports.
- Audit accuracy in our Point of Sales software.
- Backup to our billing department.
- Assist with physical inventory and reconciliation when needed.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, with extensive experience in EXCEL.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using office software and technology.
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
