Missouri Health & Wellness Dispensary in Sedalia, MO is looking for a Wellness Specialist (Budtender) to join our team. This is a part-time position that reports directly to the Store Manager. A Wellness Specialist’s primary responsibility is to provide excellent care and customer service for all Missouri Medical Marijuana Patients and Adult Recreational Use Consumers. Must have excellent communication skills, sales experience and sales focus, and the ability to work in a team environment. We are located at 901 E 1st, Washington, Missouri 63090. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts and follow employee time clock and attendance policies.
- Adhere to general sales expectations and practices.
- Preparing work area and maintaining a clean workspace throughout shift.
- Communicate effectively, professionally, and positively with staff, co-workers and Patients/Consumers.
- Help with daily inventory counts.
- Comfortable working on a computer.
- Fielding customer service issues on sales floor and communicating those issues to the Store Manager for resolution.
- Participate in ongoing individual and group training on constantly evolving product line to satisfy and address Patient/Consumer requests and needs.
- Responsible for cash and debit transactions, as well as maintaining strict control of inventory.
- Performing all other related duties as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
