Job Title: Sales Representative

Starting Pay: $60,000 annually, PLUS commission
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:15AM-5PM (Weekends off, major holidays off and paid)

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A NEW TEAM MEMBER AT MUELLER INSURANCE:
Dive into Medicare Mastery: New team members will start by mastering the basics of Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Medicare Supplement. Get ready to become an insurance ninja!
Learn Through Action: You’ll front client calls to learn the sales process, setting 10-20 appointments or transfers per week. It’s hands-on training with a supportive team by your side.
Reach for the Stars: Once you’re trained and ready to sell, we have high but attainable standards.
- Daily Goal: Make 125 outbound calls per day or achieve 5 hours of talk time.
- Weekly Sales Goals:
- Week 1: 0 sales
- Week 2: 3 sales
- Week 3: 8 sales
- Week 4: 10 sales
- Week 5: 12 sales
- Weeks 6-12: 15 sales per week
- By the end of your first month, you should reach a total of 21 sales, with a cumulative goal of 111 sales in your first 90 days.
