Inside/ Outside Sales Representative:
Missouri Metal Recycling is looking for an enterprising, self-starting individual to join our company as an Inside/ Outside Sales Representative. As part of our team, you will recognize and cultivate sales leads, travel to meet with prospective clients, build relationships with existing and potential customers and earn a competitive salary while working under the President and General Manager of Missouri Metal Recycling.
Duties: This position requires working on site. Daily travel may be required (125 mile radius from Webb City Mo) to visit vendors and potential new customers
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Present services to potential clients
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Experience:
- Proven experience in Scrap Metal Recycling or a related field
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
