Job Overview
Digital display systems technical support via inbound and outbound phone, alongside ticket requests. Intermediate networking and workstation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Inter-company support via component and equipment programming, preparation , and logistics. Warranty support for existing clients, internal database management and maintenance. The position reports to the division director, and is a critical client technical support for new and existing vision-tech clients, field technicians, as well as internal systems & database maintenance and management.
Duties
This position's primary roles will be inter-company technical support, phone and remote technical support for Vision-Tech authorized Dealers & end- users, as well as digital maintenance & website management. Under general supervision, technician will provide first line contact for issues including technical software, hardware, and network problem resolution along with operational assistance to all Vision-Tech users through step-by-step solutions in an office-based environment. Clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner. Provide one-on-one end-user training as needed. Escalate more complex end-user incidents and problems. Perform related work as required, including assistance in implementation of technology & R&D with Division Director's guidance.
Technical Support Duties Will Include
Digital display systems inbound technical support-remote & phone support. Support ticket system management & response (Jira). Website support request management & response word-press forms/email. Inter-company equipment support for Missouri Neon dealer service & installation team. Inventory maintenance & record-keeping. Vision-Tech component logistics (shipping, receiving, and client response) Vision-Tech client database management for warranty records (VNNOX CARE)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
