Position Overview: As a Patient Relations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to enhance the lives of our patients. Your primary responsibility will be follow-up calling to prospective patients, fostering connections, and guiding them through their healthcare journey. In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute to therapy assistance and handle essential administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct follow-up calls to prospective patients, providing them with essential information and answering queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist with therapy sessions, working alongside our experienced healthcare professionals to contribute to the overall well-being of our patients.
- Manage administrative duties, ensuring accurate and organized documentation to support the seamless operation of our clinic.
- Collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to creating a positive and upbeat atmosphere that resonates with our 65 community.
Work Hours:
- Full-time position with convenient hours Monday thru Friday.
