What are the responsibilities and job description for the Journeyman Lineworker position at Missouri River Energy Services?
Detroit Lakes, MN is a thriving and vibrant community with excellent amenities, an outdoor enthusiast’s paradise. Detroit Lakes Public Utilities Electric Department is looking for a Certified Journeyman Lineworker to join our team. Individuals in this position perform the most advanced and skilled work in construction, maintenance and operations of overhead and underground electrical transmissions and distribution systems.
Minnesota State Journeyman Lineman license is preferred. Required qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED; satisfactory completion of a certified line worker apprentice program (8000 hours) and four (4) years’ experience working as a journey level lineman with rubber glove experience. First Aid, CPR, Pole Top and Bucket Rescue certifications are required. Class A CDL driver’s license is also required.
Salary range: $94,162.00 ($45.27/HR) - $97,136.00 ($46.70/HR).
