What are the responsibilities and job description for the STUDENT INVOLVEMENT COORDINATOR position at Missouri S&T?
Missouri University of Science and Technology Office of Student Involvement seeks a temporary professional student involvement coordinator to support and advise student organizations and their activities. The position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree completed by hire date. The position includes non-work times during Spring Break, Thanksgiving week, and the two weeks surrounding the campus Winter Break holiday, as well as between May 20 and July 31.
- Advise Panhellenic Council and Greek Independent Council and their member chapters. Attend necessary meetings and events, coordinate risk management plans and ensure compliance with University policy
- Design and implement Fraternity/sorority leadership development programs
- Provide front-line service and help ticket management to MinerLInk engagement
- Implement student organization advisor trainings
- Attend and support night and weekend events as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $18.85 hourly.
Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
