What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Coach - Volleyball position at Missouri State University?
Description of Primary Duties
Assist with the volleyball program, recruiting, player development. Minimum Acceptable Qualifications Education : A Bachelors degree is required.
Experience : At least two years of experience in coaching at the intercollegiate level is required, however, extensive player experience at the collegiate level can be substituted for the coaching experience. Any coaching experience in a NCAA Division I level program is preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations governing recruitment, eligibility and related functions is required.
Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills are required. Management and organizational skills are required. The ability to develop knowledge of, respect for, and skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds is required.
