How many hours per week are required?
10-15 hours, late nights and some weekends required.
Description of Primary Duties
- Read and interpret room diagrams to assure proper set-up for events
- Set-up tables, chairs and meeting equipment
- Inspect equipment for damage, and communicate issues that need to be addressed
- Respond to requests from building managers and event coordinators
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as assigned
Required Qualifications
Applicants should be interested in all aspects of working in a customer-centered environment, and be able to manage several tasks simultaneously.

Preferred applicants will have some daytime availability (between 7am-5pm) Monday-Friday and be available for the summer and fall.
