- Job Description: Assist restaurant customers to make good furniture choices and to do the paperwork that follows after making a sale. Speak with a wide variety of customers across the USA helping them purchase commercial furniture from Missourii Table & Chair, then following that order through our system until the customer is satisfied. This is a small online business found at www.GoTable.com, where personal growth opportunities for the right person are excellent.
Job Duties:
- Enjoy speaking with customers, that contact us from our Internet advertising.
- Fill their furniture needs
- Type up sales orders, purchase orders, bill of ladings, and other documents in the computer.
- Follow the order to make sure all the details are handled correctly and customer is satisfied which might take 4-6 weeks to complete an order.
- Other job duties will be assigned such as keeping track of our furniture samples, calling our repeat customers or putting postage on boxes we ship from time to time, etc.
Job Requirements: Must have some experience with dealing with customers, enjoy solving issues from time to time. College degree helpful. Having played some type of sports is a plus. Living in or near Lee's Summit, MO is required. Experience using Microsoft 365 and Windows 10 is good or just being comfortable using computer and applications in general. Must enjoy talking to all types of people.
Salary: Start $21.50 per hour. Monthly bonuses paid if business does well.
