The Maintenance Technician performs preventative and corrective maintenance on YMCA property and equipment, helping to provide a safe and well-maintained environment for our members, staff and program participants.

In this role, you can look forward to:
- Helping to assure that YMCA property, including boilers, plumbing, air conditioning, pool and electrical equipment, are well-maintained and in good working condition.
- Completing assigned service orders to make repairs, resolve breakdowns promptly, assist with property improvement, and assure a safe environment for staff and patrons.
- Assisting with general grounds maintenance, including but not limited to, litter and snow removal, summer and fall groundskeeping.
- Helping to monitor pool water chemistry, safety and maintenance.
- Having a working knowledge of facility safety and emergency policies, procedures and standards.
Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
On-Call Rotation Every 3rd Weekend

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who displays the YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. Working knowledge of preventative and corrective maintenance required. Must be a licensed driver for a minimum of 1 year and have a clear driving record. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred, but not required. Must have the ability to work independently, contributing to the goals of the team, and engage with Y members.
