Job Summary
Student Ambassadors will represent Missouri Western during campus tours and prestigious events for the Office of Admissions.
Essential Duties
- Greet prospective students and guests.
- Give campus tours during the week with occasional Saturdays.
- Assist the Office of Admissions and university administration with special events such as Griffon Experience, Commencement, college fairs, etc.
- Prepare materials for prospective students.
- Complete all other tasks as assigned by the Office of Admissions staff.

- Degree Seeking
- Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 at the time of application and throughout the performance of the role.
- Must be a part-time or full-time degree-seeking student.
- Must be in good standing with Missouri Western and the St. Joseph community.
- Treat colleagues with kindness and respect and work as a team.

- Must be able to serve as a positive role model for Missouri Western, both in person and online.
- Demonstrated ability to treat colleagues with kindness and respect, and work as a team.
- Demonstrated public speaking skills in both one on one and group settings

Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
