Our platform re-invents the traditional support network for raising a child by integrating a marketplace that connects parents with expert coaches and a supportive community, all accessible through a single app.
About us:
MaryPoppins is a technology startup that is looking to make parenting easier, by connecting parents and childcare experts.
As part of our social media and communications strategy, we are looking for an intern for a very early-stage, consumer app start-up within the parenting healthcare niche.
What you will do:
You will work with the Founding Team members with a focus on go-to-market and business development, growth, marketing strategy, aligned with our goals and vision.
- Create social media reels and posts
- Assist in media list building for PR tasks
- Community management across social platforms
- Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Develop marketing materials for MissPoppins' offerings
Ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in a tech based startup
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field
- Have the ability to develop social media strategies
- Have experience creating short video content
- The ability to optimize marketing initiatives
- A great eye for design and detail
- A passion for a fast-paced and at times unpredictable environment
Salary:
- Please note this is an unpaid internship
- Full time or part time schedule - flexible
