The Financial Planning & Analysis team is excited to add a Financial Analyst with an emphasis on Field Finance. This position will serve as a key partner to our store managers, general managers, regional managers, and directors of operations to inform, educate, and provide insight on financial opportunities.
What you will do:
Create financial reports and provide insight as to the meaning within them
Establish store-level goals through the budgeting and forecasting processes
Being an educator to internal clients on financial matters
Provide advice on revenue-generating or cost-saving opportunities by analyzing financial and non-financial data
Respond to financial and operational inquiries by store leadership in a clear and timely manner
Assist various other groups within Mister with ad hoc data analysis requests as needed
How You Will Shine:
Bachelor’s degree (or completing within one year) in accounting, finance, or business economics with a high GPA
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Previous experience in accounting or financial analysis and an advanced degree preferred
Experience working in a car wash or other retail setting strongly preferred
A curious mind, high intellect, and takes pride in producing high-quality work
Understanding that numbers tell stories and has an acumen for telling data-driven stories in reports, emails, presentations, and orally
Customer service mentality
Comfortable adapting to ad hoc requests and changing priorities
Congenial disposition and an entrepreneurial spirit
