Duties
- Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, drywall repairs, carpentry, and painting.
- Conduct repairs on various fixtures and appliances as needed.
- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients or management.
- Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality and safety.
- Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment or fixtures as required.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates and timelines.
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment, including an ohmmeter.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
