About the role
The Parnell Collision Center at Mister “P” Express is seeking a highly motivated seasoned professional in automotive collision. The applicant should be well-versed in estimates, customer service, and inventory management. We are looking for someone who is a team player. Experience with CCC Software is a plus.
What you'll do
Handle incoming calls, emails, customer service inquiries- Inspect vehicles, visually examine for damage
- Provide estimates by calculating cost of parts and labor to repair damage
- Communicate estimates with customers, insurance adjusters, technicians
- Coordinate with technicians to develop a repair plan and ensure work is completed in a timely manner
- Generate leads that develop into new/returning fleet customers
- Build relationships and trust with customers
Qualifications
- CCC software experience not required but is a plus
- High school Diploma or GED required.
