With second and third year technicians making over 100K a year.
Our Sales Technicians will be taught all the Heating and Air Conditioning skills they need in our state-of-the-art apprenticeship building! No prior experience needed and all that is required is a willingness to learn.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Background and drug screen
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to perform tasks with attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Educate customers about equipment in their home and offer products, and enhancements to better their lives and homes
- Maintain and repair heating and air equipment
- Learn and embrace sales processes.
- Enroll in your sales training curriculum and complete required training lessons.
- Execute strategy and debrief calls with your sales manager
- Complete full home inspection
- Coordinate with office for daily calls
- Maintain company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out
- Maintain a professional image
- Following safety policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
