Performance-based bonus and commission

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality service to customers, addressing their plumbing needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Conduct inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and installations of plumbing systems and fixtures.

Communicate effectively with customers, actively listening to their concerns and educating them about the products and services we offer.

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers, ensuring clear and informative communication throughout the service process.

Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while performing plumbing tasks, ensuring the well-being of both customers and oneself.

Keep accurate records of work performed, including documenting repairs, parts used, and any recommendations for future maintenance or upgrades.

Collaborate with team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to provide the best possible service to customers.

Job requirements

Proficient in all phases of the Plumbing Trade

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance

Familiarity with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively

Experience in sales, preferably within the plumbing industry

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver's license and a good driving record

Must pass a background check

Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing

Proven track record of successful projects and customer satisfaction

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Ability to handle physical demands and work in various environments (e.g., residential, commercial, industrial)

Proficiency in using plumbing tools, equipment, and technology

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
