The Master Electrician will be responsible for supervising and executing major electrical projects, ensuring compliance with all safety and code standards. You will play a key role in planning, implementing, and finishing electrical installations with precision and leadership.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Valid Master Electrician License in Colorado
Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Master Electrician, particularly in field work
Experience in Residential and Commercial electrical systems
High school diploma or equivalent
Communication and leadership skills
Customer-focused approach
Willing to start immediately
JOB DUTIES
Manage and lead a team of electricians, providing training and ensuring high standards of work.
Supervise and participate in the diagnose, installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and residential settings.
Read and understand electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
Perform electrical safety inspections.
Ensure all project work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
Conduct and oversee project inspections and testing to ensure adherence to safety and specifications.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers, maintaining clear and professional communication.
Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or upgrades to customers, effectively explaining the benefits to drive sales.
Prepare and maintain necessary documentation, including reports and records of installations and maintenance work.
Responsible for the upkeep of the designated vehicle, equipment, and tools, and promptly report any incidents or damage to management for repair or replacement.

Compensation : $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
