Customer Service & Sales Support Representative (Full-Time, In-Office)

Key Responsibilities
· Provide comprehensive support and issue resolution for our corporate customers (major national retailers, restaurants, distributors, and other agencies).
· Handle calls from the public regarding products purchased at retailers, providing timely and accurate answers/issue resolution.
· Manage the order process from order entry to customer receipt, coordinating with internal teams to ensure orders are shipped on time/in full and to handle any issues that may arise.
· Heavy data entry and data processing across various internal/external systems and excel.
· Support our sales team and perform general office duties.
· Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· 2 years of B2B Customer Service or relevant experience preferred.
· Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word and Advanced Excel) required; experience with NetSuite and online customer systems such as Retail Link strongly preferred but not required.
· Superior data entry skills, 35 WPM with high accuracy.
· Attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
· Strong analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
