Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager and an Assistant Project Manager who is knowledgeable in METAL AND GLASS to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful applicant will have a deep understanding of construction site management and possess a strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Requirements:
- Proficiency with industry-standard project manager tools and software

- 5-7 years of experience in project management within construction
- Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software. CAD knowledge is a plus
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles
- Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
- High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proven experience in construction project management, preferably with experience in heavy construction.
- A strong understanding of construction site management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
