Job Overview
Viaggio Pontoons is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative.
The ideal candidate will have a strong backround in troubleshooting, production knowledge and parts experience within the marine industry.
Strong communication and organizational skills a must.
Experience with NetSuite, ERP and Microsoft Officesystems a plus, but will train.
Previous experience with marine dealers and retail customers a plus.
Those without technical experience in the marine industry need not apply.
Duties
- Answering a high volume of calls from Dealers and Retail Customers.
- Processing dealer parts orders
- Communicate with Dealers nd Customers in a professional manner
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within an IT support environment.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Proficiency in using service management platforms such as Jira or ServiceNow is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and common office software applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience with DNS management is a plus, along with knowledge of IT support best practices.
