Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the appearance of vehicles through thorough cleaning and detailing processes. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for quality service.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of vehicles, including interior vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and upholstery cleaning.
- Conduct exterior detailing, including washing, waxing, buffing, and polishing surfaces to restore shine.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
- Drive vehicles safely to and from the detailing area as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services provided.
- Assist in custodial duties to keep the workspace clean and orderly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Skills in buffing and window tinting are highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and vehicle aesthetics.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
