Production Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team in a bath and body products manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the production of various lotions, soaps, bath bombs, and other products created here. This is a seasonal position beginning now thru December. The months of January thru Mach are not required.

Duties

• Following recipes to blend and create various products.
• Working under the direction of the Production manager.
• Support warehouse operations by moving materials and finished products as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Be self-motivated and able to focus on a project
• Ability to multi-task
• Able to lift 40-50 pounds and work while standing
• Able to do repetitive motions
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Able to work in a fragrant environment and with powders
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
