The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for the execution of continuous improvement projects including scope development, data collection, analysis, project implementation, training, and ensuring effective corrective actions in the form of standard work, single point lessons, work instructions, and process control plans.

Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent demonstrated ability per previous experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work in a Lean organization.
- Hands on management style.
- Strong analytical skills using tools such as statistics, Microsoft Excel, Pareto analysis, etc. to identify opportunity areas.
- Must be able to communicate with others in a manner that considers multiple viewpoints, shows respect, builds trust, and fosters ongoing positive working relationships especially when there is disagreement.
- Ability to work with minimal direct supervision, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Hands on performer.
- Is not easily frustrated, is flexible, adaptable and willing and seeks out the necessary changes to move the business forward.
