The Opportunity:
The Assistant Brand Manager will play a key role in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies to promote brands and products, ensuring alignment with company goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and external vendors, to create integrated multi-channel campaigns while maintaining consistent brand messaging. You will lead campaign strategy, influence decision-making at all levels, and drive product demand through pricing strategies, promotional planning, and product forecasting. A strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and the ability to streamline product offerings will be essential in staying ahead of market trends and competitors.
What you will need to be successful:
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management within a B2B manufacturing environment.
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record of managing product portfolios using the 4 P's (Product, Price, Place, Promotion).
- Expertise in developing marketing strategies that leverage a brand’s unique selling proposition to drive growth and elevate brand presence.
- Demonstrated success in leading the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to achieve measurable results.
- Ability to lead through influence, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and agencies.
- A passion for continuous improvement and a data-driven, analytical approach to driving brand success.
