The Opportunity:
The Branch Manager will have full P&L responsibility over a $10M operation selling to roofing contractors. The ideal candidate will have experience in roll forming, roofing, or related industry with a strong understanding of operations, production, logistics, and delivery. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to attract, develop, and retain top talent, while ensuring a customer-centric approach to service. You will be responsible for driving efficiencies across the organization partnering with sales to drive brand and market share.
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- Industry Experience: At least 3-5 years in roll forming, roofing, or building product operations within a company that sells to roofing contractors.
- P&L Management: Proven experience managing full P&L responsibility for a $10M operation, with a strong understanding of operational and financial performance.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
