The Role: As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying and placing top-tier leadership talent. You will engage with high-level candidates, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to the success of leading companies in the industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead executive searches for General Managers, Directors, VPs, and C-suite roles
- Develop and maintain relationships with top executives in the industry
- Leverage our extensive candidate database to identify and place high-impact talent
- Collaborate with marketing and sourcing teams to drive engagement and recruitment success
Who We’re Looking For:
- 10-15 years of recruiting experience, including 3 years in executive search
- Passion for sales, relationship-building, and talent placement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and active listening skills
- Organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
