He / she is responsible for the direction and management of all sales and business development operations within their defined territory or region. Minimum Requirements :
- 5 - 10 years of direct sales experience as a top performer
- 3 - 5 years experience building, leading and motivating a regional sales effort
- Experience with human resources and / or recruiting industry
