We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Licensed Insurance Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and providing expert advice on insurance products and services. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for sales and the ability to tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
As a licensed professional, you will work primarily with clients to via phone (some in person) to assess their needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and deliver exceptional customer service to help them protect what matters most.

Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development :
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through warm leads prospects provided by Agency
- Qualify leads and conduct in-depth needs analysis to recommend the best insurance products (auto, home, life, commercial, etc.).
- Generate and deliver quotes, proposals, and other relevant information to potential clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and account activity in the CRM system.
