We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our plumbing company. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for plumbing services with customers and technicians.
- Maintain the company’s calendar and ensure all appointments are accurately documented.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Organize and update customer records and service information.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence.
- Relay accurate messages and communicate effectively with team members.
- Ensure the office environment remains organized and well-functioning.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, TeamUp Calendar).
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism.
- Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred.

Compensation:
- Hourly rate range: $18.00 - $22.00, based on experience and qualifications.
