Job Summary
The Licensed Insurance Producer role markets, prospects, and sells American Family Insurance products in all product lines. You will maintain positive client relationships by understanding their needs and match them with appropriate product and service offerings. You will also be called upon to promotes brand awareness through participation in agency and community events.

Responsibilities
- Become an expert in local market dynamics for business development opportunities for all product lines
- Help the agency grow using innovative and effective selling techniques to sell insurance products to new customers
- Proactively cross-sell and/or coordinates with agency team members to provide additional coverage to existing customers
- Relentlessly prospect for new business through leads, telephone calls, networking events, trade shows, and personal contacts (Includes leads through COI, social media, B2B and B2C networks, and sales lead groups)
- Secure new business through individual effort and established lead methods
- Prepare quotations and applications and deliver outstanding presentations in order to close sales
Qualifications
- The ability to effectively set priorities then plan and organize your work
- Be enthusiastic about involvement in the local community
- Proven sales and customer service experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Possess finely tuned analytical skills (statistical and data analysis, problem-solving, learning new skills)
- Familiar with PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites, Edge, etc.)
- An expert at using a wide range of digital devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptop computers
- Dialed into social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
- Understand the importance of teamwork and promoting a positive workplace environment
Salary : $42,000 - $82,000
