What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager/Payroll Specialist position at Mitchell and Kuharsky CPA, LLC?
This person will keep the office organized by answering the phone, greeting clients when they arrive, preparing the mail, scanning and collating documents, as well as doing our payroll and some bookkeeping when time allows. People with office/receptionist experience or accounting education or experience preferred. This is a small office with two CPAs and 2-3 other employees. Knowledge of QuickBooks or Thomson-Reuters Accounting CS software a plus. Additional hours available during "tax season."
