Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling : Proactively reach out to internet leads and initiate conversations.
- Engage & Qualify : Identify prospects' needs and spark interest in receiving a personalized insurance quote.
- Transfer Leads : Confidently and professionally transition qualified leads to licensed agents for quoting and closing.
- CRM Management : Accurately document all interactions and updates in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Performance Goals : Consistently meet or exceed call volume, conversion, and transfer targets.
