CHASER JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Chaser in the Tupelo area. The primary responsibility of a Chaser is to mirror Service Representative functions daily such as deliver, merchandise and receive payment in customer accounts within delivery territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customers.
- Load and unload goods from the vehicle.
- Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws while driving.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
- Adhere to delivery schedules and deadlines.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Maintain a valid Class R driver’s license with extra incentives for Class D or Class A driver’s license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and accounting software.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
