Warehouse Loader Night Shift Position
This 4-day work week, union warehouse position with the best-in-class health benefits, is the starting point for a lucrative career in the beer industry. As the front line of our operation, you will be responsible for picking orders by hand and utilizing an electric pallet jack to move the product throughout the warehouse. The products will be selected and placed on pallets to minimize the potential for breakage. This is a 4-day position, which requires the person to work until the orders are completed and may exceed regular hours, requiring paid overtime with limited notice. The work takes place in everyday warehouse environments where the temperature is controlled.

Major Responsibilities:
- Load and unload shipments to and from trailers or containers safely.
- Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas, minimizing the potential for breakage.
- Transport product to and from designated areas as directed.
- Operate all equipment safely and efficiently following prescribed work methods.
- Comply with OSHA and MSDS Standards.
- Maintain a clean, orderly warehouse and loading areas, walls, and garbage cans.
- Pulling cases of beer to fulfill orders as directed by the VIP Voice Pick System.
- Secure the cases of beer on the pallets by wrapping each pallet with shrink wrap.
- Stage pallets in proper sequence to be loaded onto trucks for delivery.
Basic Requirements:
- Two to five years of similar work experience.
- Excellent communication skills using English to read, write, and speak.
- You have to be a self-starter and not need constant direction.
- Ability to do basic math.
- You must be detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, twist, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds regularly, consistently.
- Ability to do repetitive work consistently for 10–14-hour shifts.
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds on a regular and consistent basis.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- High School diploma or GED is required.
