Special Events Coordinator Job Description
Reports to: On Premise Sales Manager
Primary Job Functions
- Assist sales team with planning and execution of special events.
- Maintain equipment schedule for special events.
- Load, drop off, set up, and pick up draft trailers and ice downs for events.
- Develop a maintenance schedule for draft equipment.
- Track tap handles and stickers inventory levels and communicate needs with brand managers.
- Manage all work orders and track all of service calls executed by the draught department.
- Track draft equipment inventory such as coil boxes and tanks.
- Provide support to venue and special events if needed.
Job Requirements
- Class D CDL.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle unforeseen circumstances.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred but not required.
